Shipping & Delivery

We endeavour to dispatch all orders on the date of receipt provided the order is received before 2pm.

If you place your order after this time or at the weekend or on a bank holiday it will be dispatched the next business day. We will let you know by e-mail if an item that you have ordered is not in stock. You can choose to keep your request on backorder, cancel or change your order. Orders to one address may be delivered in one or more deliveries but you will of course only be charged one postage fee.

Delivery Options to UK and Ireland

Option 1 - Standard Delivery (£3.50 / Free)

Orders valued up to £60.00 incur a delivery fee of £3.50.

Delivery is FREE on orders above £60.00.

Option 2 - Next Day Delivery (£5.95)

To avail of next day delivery orders must be placed before 1pm Monday to Friday.

Option 3 - Saturday Morning Guaranteed Delivery (UK only) - £8.50.

We guarantee Saturday morning (before 1p.m.) delivery on all orders placed before 1.00p.m. on the preceding Friday. Orders may be placed any time during the week for this service. For security reasons all parcels must be signed for on receipt. If you will not be at home during normal office hours you can provide us with an alternative delivery address where someone will be available to sign for your parcel.

International Orders

Europe (£5.95)

Normally 3-5 days working days. Delivered with Royal Mail. European destinations comprise of: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Corsica, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Greenland, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, San Marino, Slovakia (Slovak Republic), Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Vatican City State.

Rest of the World (£9.95)

Normally takes 5-7 days. Delivered via Royal Mail International Signed For. All orders can be tracked and a signature will be required on delivery. We aim to get your order to you within a few days, but please allow up to 7 days.

The delivery cost does not include any applicable duty or customs tariffs that may be levied upon importation. These charges must be paid by the consignee.
