Returns & Exchanges
We hope that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we will gladly accept returns for any product purchased at misebeauty.com upon receiving your item within 14 days of the purchase date. The item purchased must be:
1. Returned with a dated receipt
2. Unopened/not used
3. In its original packaging.
Returns cannot be accepted on items that have been opened or used.
We regret that we are unable to refund original shipping charges for the returned item and the cost of return shipping and handling is the responsibility of the sender. Misebeauty.com will pay for all return shipping fees on any damaged products.
Even if you are returning all or part of your order to us, it remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us. We recommend that you use a secure method of postage for returning products to us, and protect the products from damage. If the product returned is not in fully resaleable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item
If any of the following occur, we will, at our option, deliver to you a replacement Product or refund to you the price paid and your reasonable costs of returning the Products.
A full refund to your credit card for the original price paid for a product will be issued within 14 days of misebeauty.com receiving the returned item. The credit for your return cannot be exchanged for cash.
You will be notified by e-mail once your return has been processed and your financial institution has been notified. Please note it may take up to 30 business days for your financial institution to post your credit.
We hope that you will be happy with your purchase. However if you do wish to return all or part of your order please notify us by e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org ) within 7 working days of the date of delivery that you wish to return all or part of your order. You do not have to give any reason for the cancellation of your order but we appreciate it if you do, as it helps us to improve our service. You will then be issued with a RAN (Returns Authorisation Number) and advised on how to return your products. Upon safe receipt and provided that the products are returned unused and in re-saleable condition, you will be entitled to a refund from us, which will be paid as soon as possible, but in any event within 30 days
If the product returned is not in fully re-saleable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item
Returns and refunds cannot be accepted after 14 days and are not redeemable for cash.
