Julie Hewett Eye Pencils
This excellent eye enhancement pencil features a smooth, creamy texture that lines the eye area without pulling or tugging delicate skin. Vibrant pigment enhances the shape of the eyes, making lashes look fuller, and is long-lasting for gorgeous eyes that won’t fade out.
Apply to the inner lashes, or for a more smoky eye, line the upper lash and then smudge upwards.
