There is no need to moisturize normal skin before using RMS Beauty “Un”Cover-Up. Apply sparingly with fingers over t-zone area or where extra coverage is needed. “Un”Cover-Up melts into the skin so the colors adjust themselves to your skin tone. For overly dehydrated skin, apply minimally the Lip & Skin balm first. Beneficial even for acne prone skin due to the anti-fungal anti-bacterial properties of the product. For a matt look, set with a light powder.
