Postage & Delivery
We endeavour to dispatch all orders on the date of receipt provided the order is received before 2pm.
If you place your order after this time or at the weekend/bank holiday it will be dispatched the next business day. We will let you know by e-mail if an item that you ordered is not in stock. You can choose to keep your request on backorder, cancel or change your order. Orders to one address may be delivered in one or more deliveries but you will of course only be charged one postage fee.
Delivery Options to UK and Ireland
Standard Delivery: Usually 2 - 5 working days to any UK address.
Up to £60.00 - £3.50
£60.00 and above – Free
Next Day Delivery - for orders placed before 1pm, Monday to Friday - £5.95
Saturday Morning Guaranteed delivery (available to the U.K. only) - £8.50.
We guarantee Saturday morning (before 1p.m.) delivery on all orders placed before 1.00p.m. on the preceeding Friday. Orders may be placed any time during the week for this service.
For security reasons all parcels must be signed for on receipt. If you will not be at home during normal office hours you can provide us with an alternative delivery address where someone will be available to sign for your parcel.

REST OF WORLD: £9.95 Normally 5-7 days.
Delivery to Europe and Rest of World is via Royal Mail International Signed For. All orders can be tracked and a signature will be required on delivery. We aim to get your order to you within a few days, but please allow up to 7 days. The delivery cost does not include any applicable duty or customs tariffs that may be levied upon importation. These charges must be paid by the consignee.
DELAYED / LOST ORDERS: Our delivery service considers a parcel lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 14 working days for UK orders and 21 working days for International orders. Though it is highly unlikely deliveries to take this amount of time, we are unable to despatch a replacement until this period of time has passed.
